Fire reignites at South African Parliament building
A large fire has reignited after tearing through South Africa's parliament in Cape Town, causing the roof of one building to collapse and gutting the chamber of the National Assembly. Cape Town Fire Department spokesperson Jermaine Carelese speaks with CNN's Zain Asher.
