Bodycam video shows a pair of police officers helping Troy Goldschmidt in proposing to his girlfriend Moriah Prichard during a traffic stop in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Eau Claire Police Department officials tell CNN affiliate WQOW that Goldschmidt asked the department for assistance in the proposal.
