When Professor Stephanie Burt opened the registration for her class on all things Taylor Swift, nearly 300 students signed up. While studying Taylor's music, lyrics and art, those students have been posting on TikTok and getting lots of naysayers questioning just what a Harvard-level professor sees worth studying in the Swiftie world.
