CNN's Jeremy Diamond reports on the different timelines the Israel Defense Forces and witnesses are giving of the chaos that left at least 104 people dead and hundreds injured in Gaza after Israeli forces opened fire as civilians were waiting for food, according to the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza. The IDF said "the incident is under review."
